Can I keep my existing domain?
Yes. Your existing business domain can normally be connected to Microsoft 365 so users keep their current email addresses.
Can you migrate my existing email?
Yes. Email migration is available as a separate module so it can be scoped properly based on the source platform, mailbox sizes and number of users.
Is Teams and SharePoint included?
A basic company Team and SharePoint document area are included. More detailed structures, permissions and file migrations are handled through the dedicated Teams and SharePoint module.
Do I need Microsoft 365 Business Premium?
Not necessarily. The right licence depends on your security, device management and collaboration requirements. CloudMonsta will recommend the most suitable option.
What happens after setup?
