The challenge

Moving away from Google Workspace
Existing email and business data needed to be migrated carefully without interrupting normal operations.

The new setup needed reliable Exchange Online mailboxes, shared addresses and correct domain configuration.

Discovery and planning
Reviewed users, shared mailboxes, domains, devices, Google Workspace data and the business requirements for Teams and SharePoint.
Microsoft 365 foundation
Configured the Microsoft 365 tenant, users, licences, mailboxes, administrator accounts and domain records.
Migration preparation
Created migration endpoints, validated source data, reduced DNS timing risk and completed a pilot migration before the main cutover.
Email and data cutover
Moved mailboxes and business data into Microsoft 365, updated MX and related DNS records, and verified mail flow after go-live.
Teams, SharePoint and security
Created the collaboration structure, enabled MFA and configured SPF, DKIM and DMARC to improve email trust and account protection.
Handover and post-launch support
Provided documentation, user guidance, issue resolution and follow-up support after the migration completed.
